Roller conveyor structure:

Roller: φ76 single-side double sprocket rubber roller, cylinder precision rolling welding pipe, roller spacing according to design;

Body: The frame is welded by square tube, the roller is installed on the side plate cold-formed steel, the frame is bolted, the screw adjusting foot is fixed to the ground, and the conveying surface height is adjusted to ±25mm;

Guide guardrail: the pallet relies on the stop ring on the roller for conveying guidance, the guide is side guide, and the stop ring is welded with the roller;

Drive chain: adopts precision roller chain in line with GB1243 standard;

Surface coating: the frame, legs, photoelectric support mounting board and other parts are cleaned by wire brush, sandpaper, pickling to remove grease, phosphating surface electrostatic spraying epoxy resin powder and baking.
