Flexible conveyor line (flexible conveyor chain) is a conveyor beam made of aluminum profile, a support leg made of aluminum profile, a high-pressure die-cast aluminum drive module, a turning aluminum profile and chain plate. Because the transmission beam and support legs and other parts are aluminum, easy to cut quickly, easy to be long or short, high or low, while aluminum is easy to bend, easy to directly modify the length and height of the line body at the installation site, aluminum profile weight is light, staff work intensity is small, easy to make the path of the transmission line we need, so it is called flexible transmission line.

Product characteristics

(1) Clean: The whole line is assembled by white high-strength engineering plastic chain plate and surface oxidized aluminum alloy profile. The chain plate is pure white, the equipment does not need lubrication, does not need regular maintenance, and will not be corroded.

(2) Silent: the operating sound of the equipment is less than 30 dB.

(3) Flexibility: The flexible transmission system can be assembled by arbitrarily disassembled parts. With vertical and horizontal bends of different radii, the product can be transported in any three-dimensional space and can be adjusted anytime and anywhere according to your production situation. It can complete horizontal, climbing, vertical, rotating, spiral, clamping, suspension, flipping, rotating and other conveying forms.

(4) Simple: the whole line installation does not need any special tools, only ordinary hand tools, you can complete the basic disassembly work by one person.
