An air-mounted electric Monorail System (EMS) is an air-mounted conveyor system in which multiple independent trucks operate on a specific horizontal monorail. The modular design can be designed into many layout forms according to needs, PLC control, control signal transmission through mobile bus or intelligent coding, sliding touch power supply, frequency conversion or servo speed regulation, with the organization of production, automatic bifurcation and confluence, automatic transmission, air storage, automatic accumulation, automatic recognition, accurate positioning, fault self-diagnosis, remote monitoring and other functions.

It is mainly used in automatic handling of production products, welding, painting, assembly automatic production lines of automobile and auto parts, construction machinery industry, and can be widely used in agricultural machinery, home appliances, tobacco, warehousing logistics, motorcycles, metallurgy, rubber and other industries and fields.
